Common questions about paying your bill online

I can’t find my bill — what should I try?
Pick your agency on the home page and search by either your account number, the property/service address, or the name on the bill. You only need one of those three; partial matches work.
Is it safe to enter my card here?
Card details are entered into a secure iframe hosted by Host Merchant Services and never reach this portal. The portal is PCI DSS compliant; only the last 4 digits of your card are stored, alongside a tokenized reference.
Why is there a fee on top of my bill?
Online card payments include a service fee that covers the card-network processing cost. The exact fee is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Most agencies also accept fee-free alternatives — typically in person or by mail. Check the bill detail page for the alternatives your agency offers.
Where do I find my receipt?
A receipt is emailed immediately after a successful payment. You can also see your past payments any time by clicking “My account” on the agency page and entering the email you used.

Contact your agency directly using the phone number or email on your bill. Agency staff have access to the full payment record and can resolve account-specific questions faster than this portal.
